You know the job
You can explain how it works and what good work looks like.
Suleman Ahmed · AI Agent ArchitectHands-on 1:1 sessions, starting with one job in your business.
An example team.
Feeling overwhelmed makes sense.
You haven't fallen behind. There's nothing to catch up on and nothing to read first.
A wall of AI jargon, with Claude Cowork the only term that matters here.
What we build
We add your context, skills, tools, memory and approval rules, then run the job on real work before you leave.
The job goes to Dan, the chief of staff, who reads your business context and connected tools and assigns it to Mira, Bob and Sam, each using one of their own skills. Some of the work completes directly and some comes back to you as a judgment call, then the run is summarised as done.
Before we start
Show me how you do it now and what good work looks like. I'll guide the technical part.
You can explain how it works and what good work looks like.
You have a few examples you can show me.
You decide what Claude can do and what always needs your approval.
We work on your business, not a demo.
The session
We agree what it needs to do and what good work looks like.
We build it using your examples, tools and rules.
We run it, check the result and fix what is not good enough.
You leave knowing how to use it and improve it without me.

Bring one recurring job from your business, a few examples of good work and access to the files or tools you are allowed to use. If you are unsure which job to choose, we can narrow it on the free call.
No. If you can explain the job, show what good looks like and make decisions about your business, we can work together. I handle the technical detail in plain language.
The session is designed to finish with the first useful version working on the agreed job. The scope stays deliberately focused so we can build and test, not just talk.
No. Each 60-minute session is $200, booked and paid one at a time. You can stop after one or book another when there is a clear next job.
The work is built around your own accounts, files and tools. You decide what the AI employee may access and which actions always come back to you for approval.
Yes. Claude is what I use and teach most often, but the same job, context, skills and approval principles can be adapted when ChatGPT better fits your existing setup.
